About the event
A tangible and transformative wellness practice, Kissing the Muse is a playful, empowering, imperfect dance down the creative path — with scissors and glue stick in hand.
This bespoke workshop for colleagues of Xebia: Poland blends Jungian psychology, expressive writing, and intuitive collage to facilitate deep, personal reflection and authentic peer connection while providing the time and space to reconnect with your inner voice (aka "the muse") in a safe, inspiring space.
Over a 2.5-hour "messy, magical creative adventure," Â you'll reflect on, integrate, and share your insights to make positive changes and value-adding choices that affect both your personal and work life.
The experience begins with a 5-minute guided invocation meditation followed by a powerful collage-making process. Â Guided by your intuition, you will creatively "kiss" one of 12 muses by making a Muse Mirror that evokes your authentic self-expression and reflection. Â You'll then receive your muse's message through a playful Kiss & Tell writing exercise that reveals the wisdom you need to artfully navigate and balance your work/life's twist and turns.Â
No previous art experience is necessary.Â
YOU WILL NEED:
You will need:
- A mix of old magazines
- A stack of unlined A5-sized index cards (or several sheets of printing paper folded in half)
- Scissors
- Glue stick
