About the event
When was the last time you got seriously messy?
In this playful Knowledge Exchange for Xebia, we'll explore creative freedom,  reflection, autonomy, and boundaries through the magic of making a mess — with paint!  Making a mess is often frowned upon — especially at work. But in the right context, artful play can help us process difficult emotions or stressful situations in a positive, constructive way. Making a mess allows us to safely let go of control, giving us more confidence to face problems when they really matter. There is no right way to carry out making a mess, it is all about exploring and experimenting without restriction.
If you're ready to unleash your wild side at work in a safe, encouraging container, join us for this creative XKE adventure that gives you full permission to play!
