About the event

When was the last time you got seriously messy?

In this playful Knowledge Exchange for Xebia, we'll explore creative freedom,  reflection, autonomy, and boundaries through the magic of making a mess — with paint!  Making a mess is often frowned upon — especially at work. But in the right context, artful play can help us process difficult emotions or stressful situations in a positive, constructive way. Making a mess allows us to safely let go of control, giving us more confidence to face problems when they really matter. There is no right way to carry out making a mess, it is all about exploring and experimenting without restriction.

If you're ready to unleash your wild side at work in a safe, encouraging container, join us for this creative XKE adventure that gives you full permission to play!

  • Foster curiosity, imagination, and exploration
  • Express feelings, worries, stress, and emotions nonverbally
  • Create a tangible connection to your inner child
  • Free your mind and unwind
  • Collaborate creatively with colleagues with no expectations for outcomes

No previous artmaking experience is necessary.

All materials provided— including a few paper suits to protect clothing!

Are you already a colleague at Xebia? Sign up through the XKE site.

Not a colleague or employee? No problem! We have a limited number of spots for curious explorers from outside! So if you'd like to experience the creative well-being of Xebia's culture firsthand — please RSVP on www.kissingthemuse.com or contact robbyn@kissingthemuse.com.
