During this 3-hour studio workshop, you’ll embark on a Messy, Magical, Creative Adventure to kiss your inner muse. The muse is a mirror that reflects your unlimited, creative potential. Kissing your muse intimately connects you to your authentic truth, so you can make more empowering, value-adding, hope-filled choices that change you, and the world, for the better.

During this messy, magical, creative encounter, you will experience:

• A guided, active-imagination meditation to meet your inner muse

• An intuitive, creativity-unleashing collage-making process

• The universal, 12-phase creative cycle underlying all your life's ups and downs

• An expressive “Kiss & Tell” writing technique for integrating your insights

• Time and permission to express yourself freely

• A safe, nonjudgemental space to share and connect with others

You will leave the workshop with a Dream Candle that reflects your emotions, ambitions, and challenges and a message from your muse to encourage and guide your next actions.
